Each day, you wake up and you start wondering what to have for breakfast. It’s like you’re out of ideas and you end up just drinking coffee.
Breakfast is supposed to be the most energizing meal of the day. We shouldn’t skip it!

Another idea is to have a smoothie. I made this several times last summer and it was delicious!
1 hanful of raspberry
1 scoop whey protein
a pinch of cinamon
about 1/3 glass of water
1 tbs oats
